Submission Guidelines & Content Policies

Welcome to Ranking Assets. We are a community-driven platform dedicated to organizing the world’s digital assets and sharing high-value knowledge. We invite thought leaders, business owners, and industry experts to contribute to our growing repository.

However, Ranking Assets is NOT a link farm. We maintain an exceptionally high standard of quality. Every single submission-whether a blog post or a directory listing-undergoes a strict manual review process.

Please read these guidelines carefully. Failure to adhere to these rules will result in the immediate rejection of your submission without notice.

1. Zero Tolerance Prohibited Content

To maintain a safe, professional, and family-friendly environment, we enforce a strict Zero Tolerance Policy. If your content contains, links to, or promotes any of the following, it will be rejected, and your account/IP may be permanently banned:

Restricted Topics (Strictly Enforced)

1. Adult & Sexual Content: We strictly prohibit pornography, nudity, “NSFW” material, escort services, or any content of a sexually explicit nature.
2. Violence & Hate Speech: No content that promotes physical harm, terrorism, self-injury, or hatred against any group based on race, religion, gender, or sexual orientation.
3. Illegal Activities: No promotion of illegal drugs, weapons, hacking/cracking tutorials, or fake document services.
4. Gambling & Betting: We do not accept content related to casinos, sports betting, or “get-rich-quick” schemes.
5. Malware & Phishing: Any link found to lead to a site containing viruses, malware, or deceptive phishing tactics will be reported to relevant authorities.

2. Guest Blogging Guidelines

If you are submitting an article for our knowledge blog, it must provide genuine value to our readers. We are looking for in-depth tutorials, industry analysis, and expert insights.

Quality Requirements

1. Originality: Content must be 100% Original. We check all submissions for plagiarism and AI-generated “spam” patterns. Duplicate content is rejected immediately.
2. Word Count: Articles should be a minimum of 800 to 1,500 words. Thin content (under 500 words) does not meet our quality standards.
3. Formatting: Use proper H2 and H3 subheadings to structure your article. Large walls of text will not be published.
4. Language: Submissions must be in English, with impeccable grammar and spelling.

Link Policy for Blogs

1. You are allowed one (1) relevant external link in the body of the article.
2. Links must be natural and add value (e.g., citing a source or resource).
3. We do not accept affiliate links or promotional links to low-quality “landing pages”.

3. Directory Listing Guidelines

Our Directory is a curated resource for discovering legitimate businesses and digital assets. To get listed, your submission must look professional.

Listing Requirements

1. Business Title: Use the actual legal name of the business. Do not stuff keywords (e.g., Use “TechSolutions Inc.” NOT “Best SEO Company Cheap Services”).
2. Description: You must provide a unique description of 150–300 words. Do not copy-paste the “About Us” page from your website; write something fresh for Ranking Assets.
3. Correct Categorization: Submit your site to the most relevant category. Submitting a “Finance” site to the “Health” category will result in rejection.
4. Website Status: The target URL must be live, secure (HTTPS), and load quickly. We do not list “Under Construction” pages.

4. The Editorial Process

We take pride in our manual moderation. Here is what you can expect after you submit:

1. Submission: You send your content or submit your listing form.
2. Review Queue: Our editorial team reviews the content against our Quality and Safety checklists. This process typically takes 3 to 5 business days.
3. Approval/Rejection:
   • Approved: Your asset goes live and is indexed in our internal search.
   • Rejected: If your content violates our guidelines, it is deleted from our server. Note: Due to the high volume of submissions, we cannot provide individual feedback on rejected posts.

5. User Agreement

By submitting content to Ranking Assets, you acknowledge that:

1. You hold the copyright to the content or have permission to submit it.
2. You grant Ranking Assets the right to edit your content for clarity, SEO, or formatting.
3. You agree that Ranking Assets has the final say in all editorial decisions.
